The boyfriend and I went to visit my mother a bit earlier today, as per our usual Sunday routine, and on the way back home we noticed a home for sale just one block away!
It appeared to me to be a two family home and it has a driveway in the front. Tres exciting for us, since beau has a car.

I specifically love the open layout. I’m all about lofty space. The less walls the better. Hardwood floors are always attractive, I love the glass doors leading to the yard from the kitchen, and the bedroom is a great size. The finished basement is certainly a plus.
The house is perfect. I love the location, it’s a smart layout and there’s a driveway.
The only problem is, this is a ONE family and our mortgage would be upwards of $3,500K a month. Had this been a two family house, we’d be much more likely to afford it as the renters unit would help us out tremendously.
Alas, she’s a beauty but still remains unaffordable for us
